We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our participants while also ensuring we can cover our costs and continue to offer exceptional retreat experiences. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking your spot.

CANCELLATION BY REGISTRANT

• More than 90 Days Before Retreat Start Date (until March 27, 2025): Receive a full refund of your payment, minus a $200 administrative fee.

• 60-89 Days Before Retreat Start Date  (March 28 - April 25, 2025): Receive a 50% refund of your payment.

• Less than 60 Days Before Retreat Start Date date (April 26, 2025, or later): No refund will be provided.

CANCELLATION BY SACRED YOU

In the unlikely event that Sacred You must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, insufficient participant numbers), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Sacred You is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as airfare or travel insurance. *We encourage you to purchase travel insurance! See below

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance. that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. Sacred You is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

TRANSFER OF BOOKING

If you are unable to attend the retreat, it is possible you may transfer your booking to another person, subject to Sacred You’s approval. All transfer requests must be made via the contact form. Transfers of bookings are not an option within 60 days of the retreat start date.
